August 19, 2025Every day Wally & I pinch ourselves & thank God for bringing us to HarWood on Cave Creek! The first person we met was Lizette! Her sweet demeanor & approach-ability was so comforting! We feel like we found our place in the sun here! The size of the apartment and the closets are massive! The brand-new appliances are a nice addition & the amenities are endless! Yesterday we had our air filters & batteries for the Smart Lock System replaced by the staff! We have never had service like this in ...our former residences! The pool, hot tub, barbecue area, the gym, the covered outdoor spaces, dog walk (for the fur baby owners), shared office spaces, and the closeness to everything! August 16, 2025Friendly staff, quiet neighbors, clean apartments with gated parking lots. The trash valet and indoor halls really add an upscale feel to the property; the on-site dog parks, pools, and 24 hour fitness studio all center convenience as a top priority. August 14, 2025Things started off very strong until I was told pretty misleading information by the person that got me settled at Harwood, which eventually led to me having issues. Things have been resolved for the most part, but I was never compensated for a mistake that cost me due to that false information. I still love the facilities and the housing, just hoping that things get resolved staff wise and more clear communication is distributed.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2025Staff are so amazing and kind. By far the best staff an apartment complex can have. Just the people above us are so rude. They smoke and stomp etc. obviously you can’t choose your neighbors but definitely one of the downs about living in an apartment. August 2, 2025The building, staff, apartment itself and property is great (5 stars for Liz and staff). Walls are paper thin though. Can hear every resident around me open their blinds, do their laundry, open a drawer. Front door shakes every time a resident closes their door.
