Great Place to Live
May 1, 2024Living at Hathaway Village has been very peaceful. The office manager and maintenance staff respond in a timely manner to all issues and requests. I enjoy the monthly resident events. If you’re looking for a home in Florissant, this is a great place to start!Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE!
November 15, 2022Mold growing in the apartments. Nothing gets fixed. The employees in the leasing office care little to none about the issues in the apartments. I was placed on bottom floor. On MOVE IN DAY, my unit FLOODED from backed up sewage. Took 2-3 days for someone to actually do something about it. This place is horrible. Definitely taught me a lesson. If I could give this property 0 stars, I would.Property Manager Responded

poor management
July 14, 2022Management is horrible dont nun get done nor fixed around here upstair neighbors are rude filed a complaint nothing was done. my stove never got fixed when I first moved in my apartment was a mess patio was trashed. I would never renew my lease over here ever again these apartments are not worth the priceProperty Manager Responded
