June 23, 2025I love living at Hathon! I have been here since they opened! The apartments are so beautiful and the views from the balconies are amazing! If you have any kind of trouble you just fill out a maintenance slip and they come right away and fix whatever is wrong. The management is amazing, Kelsi is always willing to help with anything that you may need! I wouldn't live anywhere else! Mice even on the 5th floor
April 26, 2025I do not recommend living in this building. It looks all new and clean but don’t let it fool you. We are very clean people and have had mice coming in climbing everywhere even on our couch! The rent is so expensive and the bills you will pay for electricity is ridiculous because the windows are cheap and don’t keep any heat in. You will feel extreme drafts during the winter. Stay away from this building.. we cannot wait for our lease to be up to leave.Property Manager Responded

April 20, 2025Very friendly community and staff my only issue for the outside is people not picking up after their dogs! And also trash is an issue I’m worried about the smell and rodents when the days get warmer.
