      The entrance and elevator vestibules need to be painted. The elevator areas on each floor need to be painted. The areas look old and the paint is faded.

      Hathon it's an amazing place to live! Everything is taken care of for you, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is beautiful and all the amenities are beautiful! The staff is amazing they are always willing to help with any problem you have and everything is addressed very quickly! We have community get togethers every month we have a couple of them and they are so much fun!

      The first week of the rental didn't go as expected: the bathroom was wet after use, and I tried EV charging at various locations but it just deducted $40 from my account without actually charging the car; also, the rental price agreed upon at the start of the negotiation was changed.

      I am going on 4 years living here in October and it’s been amazing! The first year I had some hiccups with rodents but it was taken care of accordingly and I am very much satisfied! Maintenance responds quickly and I love the area!

      As previously mentioned, the building has consistent mice infestation, hallways constantly smell like smoke, neighbors are loud and inconsiderate (running up and down hallways yelling at 2 am some nights), and most recently my car was damaged in the parking lot and I still have not heard anything in regards to figuring it out
