The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes coming home a pleasure every day. What really sets this place apart is the maintenance and front desk staff—they’re prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. Great location with quick access to downtown and the Allandale neighborhood is vibrant and pretty walkable (#1 priority for me). Sarabeth was my leasing agent and Rick was the first friendly face to greet me on move-in day. Both are very welcoming and always smile and wave when I pass by the office—same for Vernon, the head of maintenance. The leasing process was smooth thanks to the helpful staff, and the only issue I had in the apartment was resolved within an hour of notifying management.
