Great location with quick access to downtown and the Allandale neighborhood is vibrant and pretty walkable (#1 priority for me). Sarabeth was my leasing agent and Rick was the first friendly face to greet me on move-in day. Both are very welcoming and always smile and wave when I pass by the office—same for Vernon, the head of maintenance. I like the layout of my unit and how peaceful and secure the building feels, especially at night ...(#2 priority!). - Verified RenterJuly 8, 2024Overall, this is an above average apartment complex. It’s in a great location, with a nice & long pool, and with friendly & professional staff. However, there is definitely room for improvements. The hallway floors are not as clean as they should be, and the elevators are not air conditioned, so they probably get up to like 80 or 85 degrees inside during the summer. Also, if you’re on the top floor you might end up having loud A/C units on your roof (like me).Review from Apartments.com
