Great building and tenant friendly management
March 31, 2025I recently renewed my lease for the 3rd consecutive year, building has great well maintained amenities, is kept clean and is well located. The management namely Janice who I have known for these year and also Dominick were very tenant centric - they understand the tenant situation and are willing to problem solve and support retention. February 6, 2025We absolutely love living here at Haus-25! After moving here from New York, it's been the best experience so far. The commute back into the city is incredibly smooth, easy, and quick! Harvest Wednesdays are one of our favorite days of the week. My husband’s favorite amenity is the golf simulator, while I’m a huge fan of the Zumba classes on Wednesdays. This building truly offers a wealth of great amenities. We also enjoy seeing all the adorable furry friends who live here. A special shout-out ...to Kevin T, the maintenance guy, who is always ready to lend a hand with a smile, and to Daniel M, the front desk attendant, for being so warm and friendly. You both make us feel right at home every time we pass you in the lobby. Thank you for all that you do! We would absolutely recommend Haus-25. The office was extremely enthusiastic and helpful and walked us through the process every step of the way. The property is outstanding with many fun amenities for residents. Our New Home
July 31, 2024As soon as we took our first tour at Haus25, we knew it would be our new home. Joe is an excellent leasing specialist who answered all our questions and was so patient as I even came back a second time to look at a few different apartments/layouts until we found the right one for us. Laura also helped us on the day we picked up our keys and answered any remaining questions we had. Our building is always clean and pristine. Concierge is great as well as are those who handle our ...packages/deliveries. Not to mention how great the location is - Whole Foods right across the street and a few minutes walk to the Path. Awesome building
July 26, 2024Recently did a tour at Haus25. The amenities are amazing - my favorite was the hydroponic herb garden for residents followed closely by the golf simulator. Gym was huge and there are plenty of hang out areas - they've really made the building a home where you don't have to leave. The apartments and finishes are really nice, some had extensive views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. Shoutout to Joseph who was super professional and friendly - thx!Property Manager Responded
