February 3, 2026From the sales associates at the front desk to the executives at headquarters, the entire organization is TRASH. It’s been over 30 days and they haven’t returned my security deposit, and they haven’t provided any reason for withholding it. AND they owe me money for the electricity used to make repairs that were caused by the upstairs tenants. This is absurd, unprofessional, and illegal. Please avoid moving here. Great place to call home
June 30, 2025Presidium Park has been a perfect fit for me as a young professional. The apartment finishes are modern and stylish, and the layout works great for both relaxing and working from home. The amenities — especially the gym and pool — are super well-maintained and make it easy to unwind after work. The location is ideal with quick access to everything in the Southside and Town Center area. June 28, 2025The apartments sell themselves, but the icing on the cake is the location and the staff! Right on the Southside of Jax in a great area. Close to the highways and the beach. Also have a great Town Center near for all your shopping needs. The staff is amazing and always happy to help. Not one bad experience with any of the staff. They show how much they care by going the extra mile! Marcy leaves the most lasting impression that you will never forget, and she is always so wonderful to deal with! ...Cara, Johnnie, and Will are most definitely always on top of things! Every aspect of this property appears pristine. It has an all around resort like feel with amenities that she feels she will use. This is THE place to be!!
June 27, 2025I was lucky enough to visit and tour this beautiful property, with a friend, I was so jelly and wanted to live here myself. The amenities are amazing, like being on vacay all day!! The office staff are amazing at what they do, unlike places I've lived before that could care less if you lived there or not. Marcy took the time to really show us everything they have to offer and more, we even got to hang out at their annual pool party for a little while!! SO FUN!! The whole property is ...immaculate, they really do take pride in making sure your living experience is top notch!
