Tricked into thinking these apartments have Air Conditioning
June 11, 2019As we transition into the summer months, we are quickly realizing that these apartments do not have adequate air conditioning like advertised. There is NO A/C in the bedrooms, only heat. The air conditioning unit in the living room/kitchen is meant to fuel the entire apartment. It says it gets down to 66, however the fan setting blows out colder air than the AC. We feel like we were tricked by the leasing agent. We've had the AC unit set at 66 for days - and it is currently 78 in our apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Don't care about you after your in.
September 17, 2018This management is so poorly ran for such an expensive place it's unbelievable. They are accommodating and nice and till you actually live there then nothing gets fixed and they have poor communication skills. The follow through with management is so incompetent. They've already had 15 garages Broken into. There's homeless people across the street. There so many broken things it seems like it was a class project building.Review from Apartments.com
