  • Horrible place to live

    The building is old and dingy, witch they try and cover up with paint! Roach infested :( Maintenance NEVER took care of anything!! I called maintenance and the office several times begging for repairs and nothing!!!! My husband watch was stolen while he was at the gym, I was walking my dog and management did nothing!!!! Not a safe building to live in with the gas fumes, roaches, and neglected maintenance it is just a horrible place to live in!

    Living at Haven at Avalon is so much fun. We have made so many new friends and take full advantage of being able to walk to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They always have fun activities planned. I feel very safe walking around, even at night. Our dogs love it too. We hope to call Haven at Avalon our home for years to come.
