Beautiful living experience

Living at haven has been such an enjoyable experience. I’ve lived at haven for 6 months and I’ve found myself enjoying it more every week. Everyone is very accepting and it feels like a family! Not to mention how beautiful our home is, and it is always very clean. I would recommend haven to anyone looking for a built in community and creative network in LA! Truly a one of a kind experience.

My experience at Haven has been nothing short of amazing! I’ve lived here for several months and have nothing but good things to say! The facility is beautiful and the residents are fabulous! Not to mention, we’re in a great location and live a few blocks away from the beach! There are so many perks to co-living so I highly recommend it for those of you looking to save money and build community! Couldn’t think of better place to call my home!

(Penmar Location) I just moved to LA and knew I wanted to move to co-living since I knew not many people in the area. Haven has been a great plug-and-play family where I have met all kinds of unique and interesting people. Everyone here likes to collaborate with each other and there is a very warm feeling to the members. The house itself is gorgeous, open-air with a gym and coworking space available and two hot tubs. I’ve lived at Haven for over a year. I love living here so much because people who live here are amazing, this place is clean and there are many classes that you can take from your roomies!! yoga, Pilates(I’m teaching it!) ,dance, meditation and so on. Community is AMAZING! Yoga classes, co-working space, cooking classes, mediation classes and group outings are so much fun. The properties are amazing and really well maintained. The people who run Haven truly care about their members and they have 3 full time housekeepers and a maintenance crew that address all issues quickly and professionally. The icing on the cake is that my bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in....truly restful sleep!

I lived here for several months in late 2019 and could not have been happier with my stay. Everything was easy and straightforward, from touring the property, signing an agreement, moving in, and moving out. The staff was super honest and helpful with everything. The living arrangements here are amazing, and the people that I lived with were incredible, artistic, beautiful human beings. I only moved out because it was time for me to be on my own.
