Avoid Hobart Haven Apartments at All Costs!
December 9, 2024I regret ever moving into Hobart Haven Apartments. From day one, it’s been a nightmare. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: False Towing Practices: They falsely towed my car despite me having a valid parking permit! When I complained, management shrugged and told me to "read the fine print." I was forced to pay hundreds to get my car back for no reason. Mold Infestation: The apartment had mold in the bathroom and kitchen when I moved in. Despite repeated requests, management refused to address ...the issue properly. They just painted over it, which did nothing to fix the problem. Horrendous Service: The staff is rude and dismissive. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. When they finally show up, the work is rushed and incomplete. False Advertising: They market this place as "luxury living," but that’s laughable. The pool is constantly closed, the gym is outdated, and the apartments are nowhere near as nice as the pictures online. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Hobart Haven is the definition of false promises and poor management. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!Property Manager Responded

Bad
July 6, 2024They randomly cut water off with no updates I’ve been living here for under a year and I’ve woken up 3x to my water just being off granted we understand things happen but they literally don’t warn you or nothing! The entry doors don’t lock mine is actually broken. All type of bugs be flying in the building. They don’t have no pool or fitness center.! So they actually need to take the amenities off if that’s what grab your attention, it’s not even one!Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2021this is the worst decision my boyfriend and I have ever made. They make it look beautiful on the website but this place is disgusting. Do not ever move here. Broken Promises
September 18, 2020They don't have a fitness center anymore. The pool is closed indefinitely, and some buildings don't have front door locks. Maintenance takes forever. They promised us all of these things a year ago and none of them got done, so don't waste your time or money here. The new management is terrible and they never answer the office phone for residents also its closed to residents so once you move in you'll never see them again. Honestly I wouldn't want to live in anything owned by TriCap ever again. ...Terrible.Property Manager Responded

EXCELLENT PLACE TO RAISE FAMILY!!!
August 18, 2017I LOVE LIVING AT LAKE IN THE WOODS! THE CONVENIENCE OF THE STORES, RESTURANTS AND MOST OF ALL THE SCHOOLS THAT ARE NEAR ME MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME. I NEVER HAVE TO TRAVEL FAR TO DO ANYTHING. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE WONDERFUL, VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING AND GREETING CUSTOMERS OR TENANTS. MAINTENANCE AS WELL, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF THEIR WORK AND WHEN I NEED SOMETHING DONE, I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG AT ALL. OVERALL THE COMMUNITY IS VERY QUIET AND CALM, A GREAT PLACE TO ...LIVE.
