Avoid Hobart Haven Apartments at All Costs!

I regret ever moving into Hobart Haven Apartments. From day one, it’s been a nightmare. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
False Towing Practices:
They falsely towed my car despite me having a valid parking permit! When I complained, management shrugged and told me to "read the fine print." I was forced to pay hundreds to get my car back for no reason.
Mold Infestation:
The apartment had mold in the bathroom and kitchen when I moved in. Despite repeated requests, management refused to address ...
the issue properly. They just painted over it, which did nothing to fix the problem.
Horrendous Service:
The staff is rude and dismissive. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. When they finally show up, the work is rushed and incomplete.
False Advertising:
They market this place as "luxury living," but that’s laughable. The pool is constantly closed, the gym is outdated, and the apartments are nowhere near as nice as the pictures online.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Hobart Haven is the definition of false promises and poor management. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!
