Unit was decent size

I toured a 2br2b apartment and it was nice, however when i applied for the unit they somehow cancelled my application and nobody knew why. When i would call I would just get the run around of promises that someone would contact me and never do so i just gave up and moved on.

This property is one of the first I’ve lived at where they honestly treat you like a priority instead of an option. Since day one Johanna & Cameron have always shown such good character in the office and even in passing while waking my dog. They have always made certain to make my experience at the community top tier and it shows each time I come in! Those two are indeed shining lights amongst any other property I’ve lived. I can’t recommend this property enough. I had an excellent experience at this property and found the staff to be very helpful and respectful. The apartments are very large and have plenty of space for my furniture even after trying several different layouts. Plus after years of going to the laundromat, I’m loving the washer and dryer in unit! Overall I’m super pleased with the grounds and the location is so convenient for my commute. The grocery store across the street is a plus too!

I've lived here for a few months and thus far there have been multiple break-ins and about two residents were held at gunpoint and forced into their apartments. The crime is unbearable and some residents are moving. Please be advised that this is not a safe place for you or your family.

I’ve been here since March and it has been one problem after another.
There are break-ins ALL the time and management has done is put up two cameras face the gate. Yesterday there was also somebody robbed at gunpoint.
I can not wait until my lease is up. I pay all this rent just for my family to not feel safe.

I have lived here almost two years and I love the community. Cameron is the best office manager they have. I hope he stays throughout my time here, because I love working with him. He's polite, professional, and always helpful. The faces in the office always change, so it's always nice to see a familiar friendly face. Thanks Cameron for all your help!

I lived at Camden Largo for my 15months lease only. Numerous people have come/gone in the rental office in the 15 months I was there. Only for the last few months did the same people work there. The maintenance staff is great and do all they can to ensure that things are fixed. The alarm system they charge you for DOES NOT WORK and isn't connected to any police company or ADT for that matter. I have made my alarm go off numerous times just to see if the phone would ring to check on me, NEVER ...
anything. Doors have been kicked in while tenants are at work. The alarm didn't contact anyone for help, either. A woman was robbed on the parking lot in the GATED community. Homeless people was found sleeping in hallway a few times and the police was called. When I first moved in, I was drying my clothes and the dryer nearly caught fire, had I left out and left the dryer on, I would have come back to absolutely none of my personal items. The appliances are 1980's and they have NO updates. they water bill is a COMMUNITY BILL. My water bill for a 2bdrm apartment with ONLY 2 people living in there was $60 - $80 a month. Total rip off. They sent me a bill for $218 stating that my water bill was $90 for 25 days (last bill), and I need to pay a cleaning fee of $125 because ..... I have sent emails and called the rental office asking why am I being charged a cleaning fee and I have not had a response yet. It's been a month now and no one has called me back. I will never give a referral to Camden Largo.

I’ve live here for a couple months now, with no complaints. The environment is extremely peaceful and clean. I have always had a pleasant experience every time I come to the office. I love working with the assistant manager Courtney! Additionally the maintenance team has been awesome with completing the service tickets in a timely fashion. When it comes to services and response, they go above and beyond. They are FULL PACKAGE!!
