his place is awful. No true amenities.( grills in NJ where it’s cold 8 months of the year). Thanks. My apartment has no heat yet as they refuse to turn on radiators for us. I have no hot water right now. Power goes out in half the apartment daily with the outlets in kitchen going out all the time. (Had to throw out food). Kept putting in maintenance orders and nothing was solved. I had to sleep out most of the month of October ‘22 due to freezing temperatures, no hot water, no ability to cook in ...
an apartment with no hot water or power. New management/owners has been the worst thing to happen to this place, they do not fix old issues. They do not care. They are a large group with many properties. They do not care about you as a renter. Your just a paycheck. Be prepared after a year to have a rent increase as well as new fees. These owners nickel and dime you
For everything but will not give you a place to actually live. Will provide photos if needed to verify. Awful place to live.
