Been here 5 years. Halls need to be repainted from all the move ins over the years. Don’t let such a nice property look shabby. Office staff very helpful

Leasing staff are super friendly, apartments are in great condition, and the community is fun to be a part of. We have been to multiple community events and the diverse group of residents that attend make it all the more exciting. Maintenance staff are attentive and quick to review, respond, and solve issues. The freedom you’re given with customizing your apartment helps to make Haven feel more like a home than a unit.

Excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Dorys was very very helpful and communicative as well as Melinda. Their customer service is second to none. Friendly staff and highly skilled people. Overall, not a bad rental. This company took over while I was here, and I'll say their service team is more proactive. However, their free events and food don't meet the same standards as before. On a positive note, they've just installed EV chargers that tenants have been asking for. The salt used during snow removal was quite messy compared to the previous ownership - probably just a learning curve. Overall, I'm satisfied.
