February 7, 2026I have lived at this complex for about 6 months, and I have loved every minute of it. The team here is very proficient and happy to assist you in any way. The complex is very clean and quiet. The complex is right by a Starbucks and many other stores, which is extremely helpful. They also have individual garages you can rent.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026I can’t say enough about The Haven. The apartments are beautiful! The property is very well kept, the interior of the building is being cleaned very well, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s very well managed. If you need any kind of maintenance, there’s employees on site and your requests are handled quickly. I’ve been here 1 year and just renewed my lease. November 21, 2025They even have events almost ever month. Last month was grab and go breakfast from Penera that they had in the lobby. For Christmas they have a wrapping station in the lobby very convenient.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2025We only moved in last Tuesday and haven’t been able to spend a lot of time here, so far, as we are closing on the sale of our home in Atkinson, NH today. We are originally from North Andover. We lived here for 25 years before moving north. Glad to be home again and finally looking forward to getting settled at Haven North Andover.
