If i could give a 0, i would. i’m pregnant and have been smelling the weed near the stairs and coming through the vents of our apartments. i got a doctors note so we can move out ASAP but the management is very rude and won’t let us leave without a notice or paying 2 months rent and another fee even tho this is an emergency. we have a friend who moved out recently as well and had the same complaints of smelling weed and noisy neighbors and when they submitted their complaint, nothing was resolved ...

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here has been extremely frustrating. I reported a serious issue to the management about marijuana smoke entering my apartment through the AC vents, which has been affecting the air quality inside my home. What makes the situation even worse is that my wife is pregnant, and exposure to smoke is a serious health concern for our family. I sent an email on Thursday explaining the issue and followed up again on Saturday, yet there has been absolutely no ...
response from the management team. For a community that advertises itself as a smoke-free property, this lack of concern and communication is very disappointing. Ignoring residents when they report problems that affect health and air quality is simply unacceptable. The apartments themselves may look nice at first, but management responsiveness is extremely poor. If you are considering moving here, I strongly recommend thinking twice because when problems arise, getting help or even a response seems very difficul

A nightmare
February 4, 2026
Ongoing issues with lost lease documents and poor property upkeep. Trash throughout the complex, rodent problems, damaged roads, unsecured packages left outside, a broken pool area, and an unsanitary gym. Very disappointing experience.
