Single parents- avoid the headache. I was never late with payment in three years. I got a letter of non renewal over my son riding his e bike (which he’s rode the entire time we’ve been there) many people ride e-bikes and scooters in the complex.my son is an outside kid and many older people did not like that. We want to clarify that our community policies are applied consistently to all residents and are intended to promote the safety and well-being of everyone who lives here. During your residency, our team received multiple complaints regarding your dog being off leash, and staff also personally observed your dog off leash on several occasions. We communicated these concerns with you multiple times, as our leash policy exists to help protect residents, pets, and visitors alike.
Likewise, our team spoke with you on multiple occasions regarding your son's operation of an e-bike at excessive speeds, without a helmet, and in areas where riding is prohibited.
