Maintenance are really good
July 11, 2023I put in a work request online for my son’s toilet that had stopped working. I figured it might be the next day or so they would respond. But they showed up like 20 minutes later! Fixed the toilet and addressed other small issues in his bathroom. I can say maintenance is very good here!Review from Apartments.com
nice apartment theft problem
February 19, 2021The apartments are nice size and neighbors are friendly. But my car was broken into twice with 6 months. I know many others who have had their car stolen or broken into as well. They claim it’s security but I have never seen them or it is not enough. They re nice apartment if you don’t care about your car.Property Manager Responded
September 1, 2021Hello, I came across this review I am so sorry that happened to your vehicle. I have been managing apartment communities for many years, vehicle theft and vandalism unfortunately can happen anywhere. It is truly such an unfortunate situation. I have had it happen through out my career and I have learned it does not matter where, if they want the vehicle they will get it, no matter how much security you have. We do have patrols through the community but these individuals are so fast that they are virtually uncatchable. I hope you are enjoying all the positive changes here at the community, such as the new asphalt, new fitness center, dog park and renovated hallways. We have only just begun, we are doing so much more. Thank you for your feedback and again I am so sorry this happened to you. The Haven at Grosse Pointe Management Team.
