Maintenance is quick to respond and are very friendly and courteous. January 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s a place to live with some nice amenities. The apartment itself is somewhere to live. It has so many little to bigger issues right off of the bat. The shower doesn’t drain, the toilet has gotten clogged, and it’s only the second day. The shower faucet isn’t caulked in correctly. They put vinyl WOOD flooring in the bathroom, that’s insane. That’s just a mold problem waiting to happen. Each door knob has a ding. I’ve had to document every little issue so I’m not charged at the end for stuff ...that should have been handled beforehand.
