Dissatisfied
August 21, 2025I had a very negative experience with Greystar’s management. Not only did they promise me a referral bonus and never pay it after months of waiting, but the property is also poorly maintained with trash piling up in front of units, creating an unhealthy and unsanitary environment. The staff kept delaying, avoiding responsibility, and showed no accountability. This feels dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful to tenants. July 18, 2025I like the environment, but the dogs and the poor care of some of residents i don't like. Also, sometimes the smell of weed is too much. It's suppose to be a smoke free facility.Property Manager Responded
