December 3, 2025Moved in to Haven at Mansfield in September 2024. Literally three days after moving to Texas from New York. I was in a horrible automobile accident. My brand new vehicle was totaled. While being out of work for months. Dealing with many stays at the hospital. Then just my recovery journey alone. The office staff has been very understanding and patient. The ladies and the maintenance team are top tier. I was stressed bc I missed the cutoff for renewing my lease. My life was in shambles. October 31, 2025This is my first apartment, and overall I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is peaceful and well maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. It’s not too noisy, which I really appreciate, especially when I’m studying or relaxing at home. There are several good-quality food places nearby, so it’s convenient to grab a quick bite or go out for dinner without driving far. The grounds and amenities are kept in nice condition, and parking is usually easy to find. The ...staff is friendly and responds fairly quickly to maintenance requests. I’ve enjoyed meeting some of my neighbors, and everyone has been respectful and considerate. The only opportunities are where we still have a a few people that smoke on property and then to be fair the pricing could be a bit better. But if peace and quiet plus safety sounds good to you then this is your place.
