Well the staff is exceptional at assisting with every day needs. They always take care of your immediate concern when things are wrong and then Ray the only maintenance guy does a phenomenal job as well always willing to go the extra mile. As well as my girls in the office. A beautiful team. Thanks for all you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Give them all raises.

It is a very quiet community, it is beautiful and equipped with what you need, the staff is friendly and so are the neighbors.
I think it's in a good area, the prices are affordable and the units are remodeled with good space to live

Has the potential to be really nice apartments but management could do a better job of communication and resolving residents issues. Also the common areas need to be tended to better. The stairways are pretty dirty and you can tell there is nobody regularly power washing the steps which is needed in high traffic areas.

Super friendly community! I’ve had quick chats with more of my neighbors at haven than probably the last 3 apartments I’ve lived in combined and I’ve only been in my units for a week. Combine that with the office staff it really makes it feel like it’s own small little town inside of midtown
