Also the common areas need to be tended to better. There's a loud industrial machine humming on the top of each building on top of the air conditioning units which you can hear from other units almost nonstop (even before the summer season). Vacant apartment expired fire alarm beeps are not fixed. Office does not update mailboxes unless you manually ask them which is extremely unique and I have never encountered ...in 20 years of renting apartments.
