    The transition coming from a different state into the Haven at Paterson Place community was very easy and fluent. The community between myself and the leasing team was very much well.     I am a Superintendent for A multifamily Construction company based out of dallas and i've been a resident here for the past 2 years off and on. The Overall development is in fair shape, However this property is definitely overdue for some appliances upgrades and cabinets upgrades. To my understanding units received a facelift once a resident moves out and then a new resident moves in. That to me tells me that it takes much longer for this property to be updated and have a better satisfaction ...
    rating over a long period of time. I believe the Greystar just doesn't want to spend the money in the moment and they would rather spend the same amount of money in the long run.
