Love my apartment

Norma and Ashley are super sweet and helpful! My apartment is really pretty and the gym has alot of nice equipment. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

Dog poop everywhere outside
March 30, 2021
Smells like poop as soon as you walk outside! Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Grass area they use is right in front of stairs so the smell is unavoidable and STRONG. The fine for leaving dog poop out front is not enforced. A lot of the time the dogs poop on the sidewalk as well so you have to watch where you step. Very unclean outside environment. Just the other day there was poop prints on the stairs. Gates always broke, homeless people get in and wander around sometimes :/

Great place to live

I’ve lived at Haven at Westgreen for the last six months and I’m really happy I moved here. Cathy the manager and CJ are excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their maintenance staff is courteous and very professional. I’ve put in a couple of service request and they have been taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment I have is very spacious and parking has not been an issue. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to live in the Katy ...
area. Another plus is all the restaurants and shopping located in this area. I give them a five out of five .

Best Choice Ever!!

The apartments are great, the property only a few years old and I love living here its a safe place to stay. My favorite place is the workout room. the equipment in there is by far the best i have seen in any apartment complex. and also the workers, maintenance crew, and property managers are all friendly and helpful when it comes to issues that needs to be fixed. Haven't experience no disrespect or rudeness. During our terrible hurricane they really was very supportive and helpful. I would ...
