February 16, 2026Do not move here. Maintenance is never the same or they are outsourcing because they have no more maintenance to send to your townhouse. Things usually take multiple visits to get completed. Management doesn’t care what was promised by earlier management or even what they promised you via conversation, or they will disregard what you were promised and close out work orders as they see fit. Make sure to have a paper trail of issues or they will tell you they never what was promised via ...conversation. Not honest at all. Community manager is rude, and doesn’t care what’s going on as she’ll state she’s dealing with multiple properties?!? Take pictures of everything! Good luck contacting the leasing office as it takes multiple times to reach someone. Head of maintenance does not care what happens in your townhome as he’s just as bad as the maintenance guys sent to your townhome. He will close out work orders as well and they’re not completed. Things that were brought up when I first moved in still have never been addressed, and they absolutely do not care. Not a care whatsoever. Upon moving in, I encountered multiple serious issues with the unit — including water damage, pest activity, ventilation problems, and safety hazards like exposed nails. Despite repeated requests, many of these problems remain unresolved. Communication from management and maintenance has been inconsistent, and there have been troubling lapses in professionalism and accountability.
