About Haven on Main

Applications are now being accepted for October 1, 2026! Earlier move-in may be possible, but not guaranteed. Haven on Main offers beautiful one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to provide affordable, comfortable, and accessible housing in a welcoming community setting. Haven on Main features both affordable and market-rate apartment homes. The affordable housing units are income-restricted, meaning households must meet maximum income limits to qualify. However, rent is not based on your income. Once qualified, residents pay the established rent amount for their apartment home regardless of their actual income, provided they remain within program requirements. (See below under IMPORTANT NOTES for more information on income qualifications). Haven on Main is an independent living community. Residents live independently in their own private apartment homes and are self-directed for their own daily living activities. While the community was designed to be inclusive and accessible, it is not an assisted living, nursing care, or supportive housing facility.
