I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what they're getting into before signing a lease here.
For the amount of rent charged, the living conditions and management have been extremely disappointing. We've dealt with ongoing issues that have made it difficult to enjoy living here. There have been repeated noise problems from upstairs neighbors, including loud stomping, dropping heavy objects, and noise late at night. Despite bringing these concerns up, the problem has ...

Maintenance has also been frustrating. We've experienced persistent issues that haven't been resolved in a timely or effective manner, leaving us feeling like our concerns aren't taken seriously.
Communication from management has been disappointing as well. As tenants paying a significant amount in rent, we expect better responsiveness and a willingness to address legitimate concerns.
At these prices, no one should have to put up with constant noise, unresolved maintenance issues, and poor communication. Rent here is simply too expensive for the level of service and quality provided.
I hope management starts taking residents' concerns more seriously because people deserve to get what they're pay for.
