August 18, 2025When I moved in, my apartment was filthy! I signed a nine months lease because I knew I was moving out. The apartment had a strange smell. Several pages in the lease mentioned bed bugs, but the agent said there wasn’t a bed bug problem. Yeah, ok..Property Manager Responded

I regret signing the lease
June 23, 2025There are not many 3 bedroom apartments available in the area so I thought this would be worth it. I was wrong. I moved in less than a month ago and twice now I've been without A/C for 6+ consecutive days. The fact that we are several days into an extreme heat warning hasn't been enough to get the maintenance team moving on this. Yesterday they told me they came by three times but I wasn't home to let them in. Of course I wasn't there, it was over 90 degrees inside, so I gave them permission to ...enter without me. Not once did they try to contact me by phone or email, just a knock at the door of a sauna. Communication with management is virtually non-existent except when they are asking for money that I didn't actually owe. Each time I reach out I get lies and excuses. They want immediate notification of mold, which I gave on my initial inspection report, and then followed up on 2 weeks later. It still hasn't been addressed. The laundry list of items I noted in my initial inspection was moved from open status to cancelled today without the work being done. Why? I have no idea. There is no communication! If you're looking to move in, you're going to have to accept the apartment "as is" and hope nothing goes wrong. I'd look somewhere else. The management response will certainly say they want the opportunity to address my concerns. What a joke. I've tried to address my concerns, but it all falls on deaf ears.Property Manager Responded

DON’T MOVE HERE
January 25, 2025Horrible maintenance, poor communication, and after signing lease you won’t hear from them again. You can go weeks without a working sink or a carpet/floor leak that causes damages and foul smells. Unless you annoy them with the same annoyance of not having the issues fixed. We’ve spoken to neighbors and they’re in the same boat. Location is ideal, yes, but the attention to the property and its residents are irrelevant. No courtyard lights for residents to safely get in and out at night of their ...cars. No action was taken for snow storm besides salting some sidewalks. Find somewhere better for yourselves. Waste of money
August 16, 2024This entire apartment complex is a waste of money. They don't maintain anything. The amenities are always broken or closed and there is trash everywhere. They can't even have the grass cut regularly or have the dumpsters emptied often enough. They will also not fix any maintenance issues. The apartments are old and constantly have issues. Their response is to say it's fixed without even coming through the door to do anything! I have had a leak for two years! They finally fixed it and I have ...another leak! It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have to go in person and then they just write my name and phone number down on a post-it and say they will call. They never call back and still don't fix it. The office people are unhelpful and rude. They never bother to help once the lease is signed. Very poorly managed property
August 6, 2024I lived here for two years from 2021-2023. The Heat went out for a few days on the coldest day of winter, and I had to stay somewhere else for those few days. The AC went out during the summer multiple times. My sink plumbing in the kitchen was flooding the apartment below mine. When it came time to move out, I let them know I wasn’t renewing a month and a half before my lease expired instead of two months. They charged me for an additional 15 days, when I wasn’t even living in the apartment. ...Informing them that you aren’t renewing two months in advance is a courtesy, not a legal obligation. Now we are in a legal battle because they charged me for days I wasn’t even occupying the apartment. They are money hungry. The Property Manager Yelled at us
February 26, 2024The day of us to move in we wanted to discuss a lot of miscommunication going on. We bought our parents and family friends to help us all have a understanding of where the confusion was coming from. The property manger cam out and told us that they can't discuss the content of the lease with anyone outside the lease. That was perfectly understandable, so we went outside to tell parents what she told us about how they can't discuss the lease with anyone outside the lease. We did not know the ...property manager followed us out until she started to yell at us " I never said that! I never said that! I said we cannot discuss the lease with anyone outside the lease!" keep in mind she is yelling this outside the leasing office. My roommate and I look at each other in confusion then the Property Manager speaks up again " I just don't understand it! Why bring up all these issues now? Why bring up all this on the day you move in?!" Understand this we have had issues with communication all the time. We would call during opening hours and no one would answer and my roommate and I would not have time to come up to the office majority of the time because we work everyday of the week. It was a constant game of phone tag. We ended not moving into this place because the manager told us to decide that day to move in or not and we choose not to move in. December 30, 2022Have had one leak in the utility closet that took over the weeks to address, and three waste water backups, the latest flooding the apartment. Have lives here less than two years. Stay Far, FAR, Away!
October 3, 2021I’ve lived here for almost two years now. I’m moving out in a month, and I couldn’t be more excited. The staff here is completely in over their head. The grounds are not maintained, maintenance orders take very long ( I waited 3 months to fix broken siding outside my apartment due to storm damage), and the residents here and total hit or miss. People love blasting loud music here late on the weekends, and despite almost monthly reminders of quiet hours, management doesn’t seem to care. People ...smoke constantly, despite it not being allowed here. They actually had to change the policy at the club house because too many kids were damaging property, so now it’s no longer 24/7 for the gym, which is total bullshit for those of us who follow the rules (and PAY for the gym). This complex was awesome when I first moved in in 2019. The past 6 months have been horrible, and I can’t be more excited to move out and never return.
