I am so excited to have found this complex! They currently don’t have the three bedroom I need but I am waiting as everything else about the complex is so right! Location so close to the Mall/shops and the freeway without having to hear it. Small apartment building so not to many neighbors, spacious insides and wonderful staff! Hopefully I get the garage option with the three bedroom I see why people don’t leave here

Beautiful property lovely staff lots to offer. This this place is medium income and I thought it was low income so I wasn’t able to make it my home. The office staff provide me with information for other places that might be able to work for me and I thank you so much for the help even though you didn’t have to.

This complex is a hidden Gem of Escondido! Close to the FWY and the Mall. Internals are up to date and Spacious. New staff that’s here is great,always takes my calls and answers my questions. The property is like our own little town thank you.

This community has been the best in the past two years we’ve been living here, management is amazing. Reese is always there when we have any concerns or any questions. Jennifer is amazing. We just met her not that long ago and she has helped us in so many ways. Rick, the maintenance guy he’s the best anything we need to get repaired at our apartment he gets it done right away, he has such an outgoing personality, actuallyall of them do.
