Owners take no pride in this property
July 30, 2022Everything is charged to the tenet (pest control, garbage, water, sewer). Non-existent management means there's no one to notice the shrubs covering the windows, the grass up to your knees, the piles of dog poop or the dumpster surrounded by furniture and a broken toliet. Disherwasher has been broken for 2 months and counting. Staff in rental office a couple of miles away says to just wash all dishes first. Really? Or maybe the 22 year old appliance (move in was Dec 2000) has a dead pump. ...Employees are friendly but have no pride in their jobs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unfair
April 28, 2020Just moved in and my apt is HALF renovated..Management will not update appliances to the stainless steel appliances as they have advertised on their website. Not sure if they're trying to save money or what but its unfair.. I've been experiencing problems with the old outdated appliances here. Not only are they different colors/brands!they barely work properly! And are disgusting. Ive notified and still nothing! I am very dissatisfied! Great place to live!
January 18, 2019I currently live here with my boyfriend in a two bedroom, two bath. We have two dogs, and our place is surprisingly spacious. It doesn’t feel like a small cramped apartment. It’s newly renovated and it’s in a great location. And we get to use the pool and gym for free at the sister property, so that’s a bonus! Office staff are also amazing. Awesome Place
October 16, 2018These apartments are great! I have lived here since June and have not had any issues at all. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet and doesn’t have any foot traffic at night which provides peace of mind. I haven’t had any issues with any maintenance as everything has worked flawlessly. My neighbors are also quiet and always watch out for my packages when left. Hillary in the front office is super amazing, she always takes care of anything I ask and is always friendly!Review from Apartments.com
