Hawaiian Villa
August 13, 2015I knew not to pick the first one we looked at but my girlfriend loved the lighting. Management has changed twice in the last year. A great sell was the pool and the gates. Our studio is lovely but after a week moved in the oven malfunctioned and it has not been replaced in five months of renting. The response was "only if your contract cites management as responsible for the provided appliances, the oven was a courtesy." My girlfriend made us stay but I was unhappy with being sold on an apartment ...that was not what it was showed to be. In the end it's decently priced for our city, utilities paid, and it is so convenient for work and school 30 min to downtown with heavy traffic, 20 min to Pasadena.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
