September 14, 20210/5 stars for me. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone that I truly care about. The property staff and the management team poorly maintained the apartment complex, there had been several occasions where we reached out for assistance and was blatantly ignored. The property manager will look for anything to nickel and dime you especially when you try to terminate your lease. The management team came by to fix damage left from the previous tenant but somehow we ended up getting charged for it ...anyway. On another occasion they charged a managers fee through our electricity provider without any given reason as to why. Remember, price is what you pay and value is what you get, please understand that these apartments have very little value and you absolutely do NOT get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

Great Service!
August 9, 2021I highly recommend this company for renting. I received wonderful service from when I first inquired about apartments. Lindsey replied promptly to my questions via text, shared a video of the beautiful apartment space, and upon expressing interest in the apartment, enabled to make a deposit for it all online very easily. Would've appreciated knowing though about the debit card fee versus using my bank account to save money. Upon arrival to pick up my keys, I met Dawn and Lindsey in person who ...were very nice and they kindly gave me a bottle of cold water after hearing about my bike ride around the city. I then was surprised to learn I'd have to pay for water, electricity and internet, although internet and electricity aren't really surprising. I might've missed these in the fine print. Turns out water is about $30 per month which I don't think is too bad. And I had to put all the bills in my name which was simple and could all happen online although I did call them first. When I entered the apartment building space, I was happy to learn I received a garage which I didn't expect, and in the apartment, I was super happy to receive a roll of toilet paper to start off, and even a whole bottle of dish soap, some candy, an air freshener, a welcome card, and all in a cute light blue silicone bucket. I was also soooo happy to move in with a place with a microwave, AC, balcony, dishwasher, carpet, kitchen island, my very own washer and dryer (!!!) and more! And there's so much awesome cabinet and counter space. And some nice light fixtures. I would have loved to have ceiling fans but have discovered my AC has a fan option which is nice. And I really appreciate that Dawn and Lindsey are super easily accessible to ask questions by text and reply very quickly. I was super surprised as a native of Los Angeles and having lived in various locations to find that the bathtub transition from faucet to shower was super confusing for me to figure out and asked a neighbor about it who explained that I need to pull the bottom part of the faucet part down.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment Complex

The move-in process went very smoothly for me and I am very happy with my apartment - it is very spacious and having a garage is a huge plus. All-Around Amazing Experience

The apartments are very spacious and clean with beautiful, plush grass all around. They are in a great location with shopping, parks, & excellent schools nearby. Great Location
July 4, 2020The apartment is in a great location for all my medical and shopping needs. Gwen was very helpful during the application and move in process. I like it here and have renewed my lease for another year. All maintenance issued are addressed quickly. All of the management team are very friendly and ready to help with any issues. Best Place to Stay in Bismarck
June 29, 2020This is the first large apartment building I've lived in Bismarck. The leasing specialist was friendly, organized, and professional at our appointment. The maintenance crew is almost always working around the property and everyone is friendly. It has an in-unit Laundry area, the bathrooms are bigger in size but the bedroom sizes are a little medium with an ample parking Garage. The windows that run across the exterior wall of all rooms provide great natural light through the unit. Overall this is ...a great property that is well maintained, quiet place, and a well-located apartment with reasonable price.Property Manager Responded

Not a bad place to live...
December 27, 2019These apartments aren't a bad place to live. It's a lot cleaner than most places I've seen. They sometimes miss things to clean in the entryways, but overall ok. They changed their pet policy from no pets to pet friendly in the last few months between when I inquired about the property to when I moved in, and was not informed. I am allergic to cats and dogs. They could do a better job of cleaning snow in the parking spaces and on the sidewalks leasing outside of the buildings. Cheap appliances ...in the units. Hairlines cracks in walls and floor in my unit. My unit has a smell to it. Will not renew another lease at this property.Property Manager Responded
