Some renters are whole families, right? For example, 2 parents and 1-3 kids, if you don't want to be reprimanded for walking in your apartment or having guest over, then don't rent here, otherwise, it's a great place! Except, there are no amenities, if there were even a little park, perhaps a community center, even better, a pool, neighbor's would be tolerated a bit more.

This is a great newly built apartment, with double sink master bath, w/large walk in closet, stainless steel appliances, a few minutes to shopping, highways, only missing amenities.
