December 17, 2025The Communication between resident and staff could be better. There’s never any clear response and no groundskeeper. The area is not great, and need better, more responsible maintenance and management.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025The location is good and the property is very dog friendly. The problem is the lack of upkeep, specifically there is a fire pit and BBQs that haven't worked in 3 years and the grounds have garbage from previous work.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2025Responsiveness of office has improved greatly. Work orders have been worked on in less time. Grounds are kept very clean. Happy a new fence is going up to hide the trash area. Unfortunately residents don't keep it clean, which is no fault of the leasing staff.Property Manager Responded
