It’s going downhill. Amenities aren’t respected by residents and management doesn’t seem to care. There’s no housekeeping for the halls and the rugs and walls are filthy.

The management employees are amazing. Unfortunately the maintenance of the property is terrible. The grounds have large articles of garbage (concrete blocks, ladders, furniture) that has been lying around for a couple of years.

Mostly good except for the problem with the water bill claiming excessive usage. Even though it has gone down to a more normal lever, I never received an explanation as to why this even occurred. Maintenance does a good job and the grounds are mostly neat.

Management needs a huge upgrade. The grounds are not kept up with, policy about non-dangerous dogs on the lease has been completely ignored. Dog parks don’t get kept up with. Very expensive complex but living in public housing conditions.

I love the property is dog friendly; however, the amenities and condition of the grounds are terrible. There is a fire pit that built 4 years ago and never worked, as well as the BBQs. The grounds are a mess, with garbage everywhere and broken lighting and dog stations.
