Nicely maintained apt complex
August 20, 2025I've been here 2 months now and Kaitlyn has been great in helping me settle in as well as answering questions. The office people are very helpful and friendly. I like the clean well-maintained complex in general, and it is very close to every kind restaurant, shopping and service you might want. You can walk to the movie theater in about 8 minutes! My only drawback is that I am a very light sleeper so being close to I-385 is a bit noisy for me. I suppose if you had one of the apt's on the ...back side of the complex, the noise would not be a factor; just depends on the person as the noise doesn't bother her a bit. Great place to live, great location!
March 1, 2025I've been living here for almost a year now and can't say enough good things about it - it's very well kept, everyone who works here is fantastic - right down to the maintenance team! They hold different types of gatherings at the clubhouse regularly, at least once a month - and they are GOOD!! Pool is great, there are plenty of places to walk and also for dogs, plenty of parking, and convenient access to 385 in either direction - Fairview or West Georgia. The property is very secure and safe, ...very well lit at night, and has a pretty regular drive through patrol by the Simpsonville PD at night. Honestly can't think of any cons. Gorgeous Apartments & Amazing Staff
February 7, 2025I rented my apartment without seeing it, as I relocating from Florida. Reagan and Krystal were wonderful and always available to answer any questions. Trust me,I had a lot, as moving from another state is cumbersome. The apartments are more stunning in person with wide hallways and tons of extra closets for storage. Extremely clean community with numerous events held for the residents. I am thrilled to call Hawthorne Palmetto my home. If II could give more than five stars I would!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Community

Lol. This place is horrible
April 18, 2024Like many true residents, who've been here since the beginning, we've had a terrible experience living here and can't wait for our lease to end. Sure the apartment looks pretty and they have nice amenities, but looks are deceiving. They cut a lot of corners with construction which caused several flooding incidents and they didn't give a crap. Nor did they bother to pretend or even communicate. This is just one of the many issues I've personally experienced here. Best Apartment EVER
February 5, 2024I love it here! This is the best living experience I have ever had! The office staff is so responsive and take care of my concerns with care and genuineness. The property is well kept and maintenance is very responsive. They also have different activities to engage with their tenants throughout the month! Overall I would give it 10 stars if I could.
