    I absolutley love living at Hawthorne Village, the maintenance team and the front officer are very amenable and thigs get accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to anyone that asks.

    Hawthorne Village is a very nice apartment complex & is located close to nearly every place you need to go to on a regular basis. It has excellent management & maintenance with very pleasant landscaping. Best in this area!

    Hawthorne Village is a very pleasant place to live with excellent staff, management, maintenance. It is located in an area of Port Orange, Florida that is close to nearly every place you need to go to on a regular basis for shopping, medical & dental care, banking, etc.

    We are here almost 9 years and we enjoy living here. One concern is we are 80 and 78 and a fixed income and are very concerned what Happens when the increases get to the point we cannot afford it. It seems that in todays world some of us our living much longer.
