June 26, 2025Hawthorne Waterstone is absolutely amazing. I moved from out of state and the staff here made this the stress free and so easy. The entire staff Brittney, Betrice, and Tiffany are all fabulous! The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate how pet friendly the community is. I looked at a bunch of other places before stumbling upon Hawthorne Waterstone and I’m so glad I did! April 14, 2025We had the pleasure of being assisted by Tiffany when we started searching for a new place. What was initially a challenging experience elsewhere, Tiffany made into an incredible one for us at Hawthorne Waterstone! A sincere thank you! We love living here!!! She is professional, super friendly, knowledgeable, and thanks directly to her efforts, made our sign up experience excellent! We sincerely appreciate ALL of the Hawthorne staff: Brittney, Betrice, Gab, Thomas who have been great! The ...positive reviews are real, and it’s easy to see why this specific place has the BEST rating once you live here. Some people mentioned quite a few older folks living here. You know, that’s a super plus in my book! Older folks are usually the ones with the most manners, & old school work ethic, and aren’t the ones blasting music at 3am & causing problems for everyone else. Apartment Living at Its Best!
January 31, 2025I have lived here 6 months now and only have positive things to say. I looked at several in the area and knew once I took the tour that this was go to be home. It’s convenient to everything, quiet, well maintained, safe and fun. There are a variety of events, pool and pickleball. What a place!!!

Outstanding Community and Leadership
December 22, 2024Without a shadow of a doubt, deciding to live here at Hawthorn Waterstone was one of the best decisions since moving to the Charlotte area from Florida. The location is beautiful and convenient to many shops and restaurants, and the property is exceptionally cared for The apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are warm and welcoming. We especially love the leadership team as they value their employees, residents, and community. Brittany, Tiffany, Beatrice (the superstar leasing team), ...and Gaaby and Thomas ( the superstar maintenance team) are always looking for ways to serve and go above and beyond!
