Exceptional Client Service from Day 1
April 14, 2025We had the pleasure of being assisted by Tiffany when we started searching for a new place. What was initially a challenging experience elsewhere, Tiffany made into an incredible one for us at Hawthorne Waterstone! A sincere thank you! We love living here!!! She is professional, super friendly, knowledgeable, and thanks directly to her efforts, made our sign up experience excellent! We sincerely appreciate ALL of the Hawthorne staff: Brittney, Betrice, Gab, Thomas who have been great! The ...positive reviews are real, and it’s easy to see why this specific place has the BEST rating once you live here. Some people mentioned quite a few older folks living here. You know, that’s a super plus in my book! Older folks are usually the ones with the most manners, & old school work ethic, and aren’t the ones blasting music at 3am & causing problems for everyone else. Apartment Living at Its Best!
January 31, 2025I have lived here 6 months now and only have positive things to say. I looked at several in the area and knew once I took the tour that this was go to be home. It’s convenient to everything, quiet, well maintained, safe and fun. There are a variety of events, pool and pickleball. What a place!!!
January 31, 2025Our dogs and us all love this apartment complex. Not only is it in the middle of everything you might ever need, The staff here is exceptional. Outstanding Community and Leadership
December 22, 2024Without a shadow of a doubt, deciding to live here at Hawthorn Waterstone was one of the best decisions since moving to the Charlotte area from Florida. The location is beautiful and convenient to many shops and restaurants, and the property is exceptionally cared for The apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are warm and welcoming. We especially love the leadership team as they value their employees, residents, and community. Brittany, Tiffany, Beatrice (the superstar leasing team), ...and Gaaby and Thomas ( the superstar maintenance team) are always looking for ways to serve and go above and beyond! Loved Living Here!
January 28, 2024We've lived in lots of different rentals but this place takes the cake! The new maintenance guy said it best when he said that this whole place feels like a luxury resort. Not only did it feel luxurious, but they were constantly adding things to make it better (like building a do-it yourself carwash station). Any place can have nice finishes, but the best part of living here was definitely the staff! I met and conversed with each person and everyone was top-tier in friendliness, hospitality and ...going above and beyond. One last thing to mention is that they always had multiple fun events going on each month, which was always something to look forward to!
