Peaceful area
June 14, 2025As a military brat who moves regularly, this is one of the best locations I’ve been in. Like many, I work in the area and like to avoid traffic. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The community is nice for singles and families. The pool area is VERY nice. The cookout area all around it, the TV in the back, the gaming all around it are better than every other apartment I’ve ever lived in. The indoor gym is very nice, and going during the lunch break, it is easy to be alone for those ...who do supersets. The indoor golf simulator and other gaming machine is great… but one of the main benefits of the apartments is that it is just off of a golf course – The Bay Forest Golf Course - where you must live in La Porte to get a great discount on membership. Depending on the building you live in, you may even have a great view of some holes. The Management and Maintenance teams are very nice and helpful. Close to the water and great parks around. June 10, 2025Have been living here for over 2 years now. Maintenance is nothing short of amazing. Parking used to be an issue throughout the first year but has drastically gotten better with towing enforcement. Pool area has a great view. NYC to Houston
April 23, 2025Lived here for a year, felt great staying in a well managed complex compared to some of the apartments I lived in. Management is super friendly and helpful. Had a couple of issues with my keys and the sink but the maintenance team was able to fix it same or next day. Parking is a MAJOR issue
November 8, 2022This complex does NOT have enough parking. If you arrive after 6:30-7pm, be prepared to have to park far from your apartment if you can even find a spot. Instead of actually addressing the problem by creating more parking, management is now requiring guest cars to be registered or towed. How incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Also, the pool area is unsafe. The tiles around the pool are incredibly slippery. In the hour we were there to visit, three people fell. No one was running, either. ...The tiles are so slick! And one final note, corridors are overrun with spiders. My family member constantly gets spiders inside their apartment too. Pest control needs to be stepped up.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2022The flooring is leaking glue, one door won’t lock the other gets jammed, cockroaches from day 1 must be from the builders or material, the quality of the apt and lack of concern from the apt staff makes this place completely overpriced. Worst apartment experience ever
September 5, 2022I moved into this property on 5-13-2022. Since moving in, my garbage disposal quit working and took two days for property management to get fixed; which kept me from doing dishes for two days because my sink would back up. I have had an absolutely atrocious pest problem, including ants, spiders, and cockroaches of all different sizes. I went to get into one of the closest the other day and door handle pulled right off the door. The walls are super thin and I can hear my neighbors on all sides ...banging around. This property is not worth what they're charging for, and while property management staff are friendly, I feel like they have a lackadaisical attitude towards handling resident complaints.Property Manager Responded
