Best apartment complex!

I moved in here back in September, and everything has been phenomenal. Great amenities, apartments are on top notch condition, during construction they've met deadlines. Maintenance on point, and the price is within market value. Office personnel is awesome, always available and willing to help you, with several events every month. Love it, and hope to stay here for a while

Best apartment I have lived in!

My girlfriend and I moved into Hawthorne on September 16th, 2022. The apartment wasn’t supposed to be ready until October 1st but they were able to complete early and let us move in! We have enjoyed all the fantastic amenities and the office staff are great. Definitely the best apartment I have lived in and the best community and staff also! Thanks Michael, Kassidy, Drew, and Noah! Oh and did I mention the maintenance requests are answered super fast?! Well they are! :) thanks for everything you ...

The whole staff has been wonderful to work with and they’re always putting on a resident event. They really care about their residents and I’m glad I live here!

I moved here in August and I can say I have absolutely no complaints. Both the office personnel and the maintenance staff are extremely attentive and cannot do enough to make sure you are satisfied and happy. This apartment complex has everything you could want and more.

Watch your back with these unscrupulous people. 3 separate times they have acted unethically; unlike any apartment I have interacted with before. 1) Trying to make me pay for the lease starting from the 1st of the month despite not moving in until mid month (paying them for nothing; additionally this was conveyed from the start). 2) They offered 1 month free and then pulled back on it when it came to sign the lease. They only conceded the above points when I was going to walk away but at that ...

point how could anyone in their right mind want to get into business with these folks. 3) Finally, they have decided to keep my $400+ application despite previously offering to refund it. Take your money somewhere else, anywhere else and save yourself the headache that I experienced. Don't be a fool.

We did have a conversation about the move in date over the phone, our Community Manager made a call to confirm dates, and Michael did communicate back within 30 minutes the adjusted date for you. We did receive an email asking about the 1 month free. We ended up doing the proper research on our end and ended up providing the 1 month free within 2 days of it being questioned. Per our Statement of Rental policy it is stated that the application is non-refundable and administration fee is only refunded if you were to cancel within 72 hours of applying.
