The staff (both maintenance and leasing) are so kind and go out of their way to make sure they are doing everything they can for you! The apartments are clean, quiet, and comfortable! October 15, 2024Staff puts on lots of free events with food and entertainment. Gyms nice. Could use a couple accessories like an EZ curl bar. The best complex in Wilmington!!
June 13, 2024This staff honestly cares about your experience, knows each renter by name, and even wrapped a gift for me when I was in a pinch. Can’t say enough about this staff and how much their care about their residents. I don’t pick favorites, but Tessa may be in the lead for employee of the year. The best of the BEST!
January 13, 2024I have lived all over the world and by far this is the best apartment complex. The staff is incredible, welcoming and know us all by first name. They have wonderful monthly events from music bingo, happy hour, painting classes, plant making events, food trucks and more. They immediately fix any issues in your apartment and are like family. I highly recommend this complex. It is very neighbor friendly. We know each other, there are 2 dog parks, a dog washing station, state of the art gym, free ...Starbucks machine and more. 5 stars!Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2022I've been working as a leasing consultant on site for a handful of months and am so excited to be one of the newest tenants at HAO. This community is chalk full of amazing amenities, both within the apartments themselves and within the community. I came for the saltwater pool, dog wash station and sizeable gym and stayed for the floating shelves in my apartment and the hanging pendant lights. Love my neighbors and the surrounding community. 10/10 would recommend!Property Manager Responded
