Great Staff and Excellent new apartment!
December 7, 2022We luckily were able to get into these apartments when they first opened, and they have been awesome since. With normal events that are actually fun to attend, and helpful staff, it has been a treat to live here. AT&T Fiber internet is a godsend as well coming from my WFH spouse. Maintenance is extremely quick to fix ANY and all issues. I have recommended Hawthorne @ Parkside to everyone I know, and will continue to do soProperty Manager Responded

Fantastic community with staff that is second to none
December 7, 2022I've lived at Hawthorne at Parkside since it opened in 2020 and count it as the best experience of any community I've lived. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely exceptional. They offer stellar communication, a friendly atmosphere, and a passion for giving all residents the ideal community experience. I moved to NC from out of state, and Hawthorne's consistent and fun community events are responsible for meeting some of my closest friends.
