May 1, 2025I've lived at Hawthorne at Smith Creek for 3 years and love the layout of our 3BR apt. Enjoy pool & workout facility-well kept. However, internet goes out often. Roach problems. Neighbors keep trash cans out 24/7 - real eyesore.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Nature Trail
February 27, 2024I moved into my apartment in January, and everything has been great so far! The entire staff is very polite and professional. I love my apartment, it’s very lovely. I think what I’ve enjoyed the most is the nature trail that is on the property. It’s a really serene place to walk and enjoy nature. Also, they do a lot of really thoughtful events for the residents. Resort Style Living

Amazing Property!!!
August 11, 2020Where do I begin? From the 10,000 square ft of amenity space, to the amazing staff and maintenance team! My tour started at the beautiful clubhouse that has a Starbucks Coffee bar and a simulator room with multiple sports. They have a beautiful mail room with a Luxor Package system. Then, they will take you to the Fitness Center which is HUGE!!! This property I could go on and on about and I cant wait to apply!!Property Manager Responded

Absolutely beautiful
August 11, 2020Hawthorne at Smith Creek is absolutely beautiful. The clubhouse is stunning, the amenities are gorgeous, and the landscaping is simply breathtaking. The apartments are very spacious and modern. The staff was very professional and friendly when I came in for a tour. I am definitely considering moving here!Property Manager Responded
