best apartment!
February 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in the avid floor plan for almost a year now and love it. There have been little things here, but overall nothing really notable. Maintenance and the office respond to everything quickly and I feel safe living here. Honestly the best renting experience I have ever had in my 6 years of renting and apartment hopping. Planning on staying here and upgrading to a 2 bedroom apartment when my lease is up!Property Manager Responded

I love the security of being in a building with limited access, meaning a key fob is needed to gain entry. Close to downtown Wake Forest and all the charm of a small town. The staff are wonderful. Great amenities, beautiful space
October 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in a 1bd/1br about a year ago and I have been in love with these apartments since I moved in. The space is modern and clean and cozy and overlooks a cute courtyard. The amenities are awesome and include a golf simulator and a pretty well equipped gym. The big kicker are the two themed rooms per floor open to residents (a gift wrapping room with themed gift wrap for the holidays, and a podcasting room, just to name a few). Best Apartments in Wake Forest!
January 8, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in here in the middle of November and am absolutely loving it. The apartment interior and appliances are high quality, and this was the only one out of all the various apartment complexes across Wake Forest that had a floorplan that fit my needs. I've lived in the area for over 10 years, and I can confidently say that you won't find a better situated location either - super close to downtown Wake Forest so you can quickly get your shopping done, but not smack in the middle of everything ...so you have to fight traffic to get in and out of the complex. Also, the management staff are the most wonderful people around - you won't find a more happy, caring, and proactive group of people anywhere. I am looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors as this place begins to fill up. If you're looking for an apartment to rent in Wake Forest, I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place!
