This was my first apartment, and I must say that the staff played a significant role in making it an exceptionally pleasant living experience. From day one, the staff at Hawthorne at Westport were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness created a positive atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Look no further, this is the BEST place to live!
July 28, 2023Hands down, this is the best place to live on Lake Norman! Our family of four leased at Hawthorne at Westport apartments for almost two years during a lengthy, stressful home build in Denver. The highlight of each day was coming “home” to Hawthorne. Amenities are endless and the property is pristine, thanks to the hard work of the maintenance team, Daron & Don. Wendy & Jamie in the front office are absolute professionals, responsive and caring, and truly make you feel like part of the family. ...They work tirelessly to plan special events, food trucks and family-friendly parties. We still drop by to see their smiling faces and say hello. The only upside to numerous delays with our new house was that we were able to stay longer at Hawthorne! It’s a first-class complex with wonderful people—check them out!Property Manager Responded

Love this place but…
April 13, 2023Office staff is very friendly, maintenance is quick and I do feel like this is a great family environment. We just wish that the dog park had maybe some chicken wire something… our small dogs can run through the gaps of the gates. Gym is a little crowded at times.Property Manager Responded

IF YOU'RE LOOKING BOOK IT
March 8, 2023I moved out. Darn I miss this place. It was time to move on as our house was completed and time to move in. I miss seeing the staff the most. All four are excellent and will do anything to make you happy and feel welcomed. Darrin and Don in maintenance get everything taken care of immediately. Wendy and Jaimie are extremely nice to even just talk with. The amenities are top notch and the monthly events are very fun in pulling the residents in together. The buildings now are all over a year old ...however are being kept in very good condition as is the property grounds. If you are looking for an apartment stop looking and get in here asap. If you must wait a short bit gor an opening, then wait.Property Manager Responded
