Hawthorne at the forest wake forest
March 13, 2026I moved to north carolina at the end of 2024 from out of state. When life didn't go as planned when I arrived, I moved into hawthorne at the forest in wake forest. There I was met with friendly faces and supporting staff. Without any family or many friends, I joined the amazing events the office hosted at the complex. They were always creative and engaging activities! Games, crafts, and food. What more could you want? The apartment unit I occupied (1 bedroom, 1 bath) was perfect for me and my ...pup! As well as the dog park! The layout wss great and the size was just right. Anytime I was concerned about something, the office provided me support and reassurance however they were able. Kerri, Mark, and Marcus, are truly outstanding representatives for hawthorne at the forest. They go above and beyond for their residents! The entire hawthorne team goes above and beyond (this includes maintenance!) Now I am moving on to my next big adventure, so I must sadly say goodbye to hawthorne and the staff there. I can not give enough thanks to Kerri, Mark, and Marcus. I will say a huge thank you for making my apartment a home during my time here. Also thank you for making my first apartment such a wonderful experience. May we all meet again.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024The management team does not resolve issues, such as excessive noise that has been picked up via audio, not to mention this noise is constant! Their response is “it’s apartment living” which is the biggest cop out from these leasing professionals! Very disappointing the way this issue has been totally disregarded as well as the lack of compassion for their residents to enjoy comfort in a space that they pay for to give them peace!Review from Apartments.com

February 29, 2024New, modern, aesthetically pleasing to name a few. Has a pool, exercise area and a grilling section as well. I can walk wherever and a short drive to many attractions.
