June 6, 2025I had the best experience renting at Hawthorne in Soddy Daisy, TN.......this was due to the excellent care I received from Skylar Shelton and her employees . They were all very attentive to any need I had at the apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! If I ever rent again, I would not hesitate to go back here.Property Manager Responded

Renter Beware
September 18, 2024I moved out of this location after a year. Shady management tried to charge me $$$ for made up expenses and damages that were not there. Poor Management
August 1, 2024This property is poorly managed. Complaints are not taken serious. All they do is send a general email to everyone but never enforce it. Smoke free is a joke. Parking is a nightmare in the evening. Apartments were made cheap but they want to charge as if this is downtown luxury homes. Hawthorne only cares about their image and not about the residents. Property managers get experience here and move on. In three years we have had 4 different managers. Trains
July 12, 2023These are nice spacious apartments but there is a lot of noise during the night. Train horns every 1-2 times a night. The walls are very thin so if you have children as neighbors it will be just like the little rascals are sharing your apartment with you. Tenant 2020 2021. But honestly if it was not for all the noise these are beatiful spacious apartments.Property Manager Responded
