March 1, 2026No parking. Dog park is always dirty and it’s loud. You can hear your neighbor all the time. Constant smell of smoke in common areas and elevators. Looks good on paper but a nightmare to actually live there.Property Manager Responded

I love our beautiful views of campus and the mountains and trees. I love how close we are to downtown and my favorite restaurants.
