I love our beautiful views of campus and the mountains and trees. I love how close we are to downtown and my favorite restaurants. August 17, 2025The storage is really funky inside the apartment. The huge cabinets in the kitchen are great on paper, but there aren't enough shelves in there which leaves so much unused volume without a bunch of storage baskets. They're also really tall at the top and hard to access without a step stool for average-sized women. The only drawers in the kitchen are fairly shallow, and the door opening up into the walk in closet takes away a lot of useable storage space in there. Trash is picked up from the ...communal dumpsters very early in the morning and the days aren't predictable, so unless you're waking up at that hour it can get annoying being woken up by the loud beeping. There are some small noticeable defects in the build, but overall it's a nice space to live in and I haven't heard any noise from my neighbors which is amazing.Property Manager Responded
