Nice apartments but…
February 16, 2026Office staff ignores calls and emails. It was the most annoying part of living there for 6 years. Now I have moved out and they are just as bad - call and you have to leave a message -but don’t expect a call back… they just refuse to answer phones or emails. .Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Love the office staff and maintenance team!! The only reason I give 4 stars is due to the poop on premises (you really need cameras or dna testing to enforce) and noise from bebee road into my bedroom - but the layout is great and the community other than the poop is nice. January 22, 2026Great management company- great layout - a bit noisy in my bedroom but white noise machines help. The property is well kept but it would be nice if they implemented DNA testing in all pets - the poop situation has gotten really bad - obviously some very large new dogs with irresponsible parents have moved in - as close to a 5 as you can get save for the two issues noted. January 22, 2026I’ve been here going on 6 years and it’s been home. Unfortunately too many nasty residents that don’t pick up after their dogs - the management office does a great job trying to cleanup after these pigs but- it’s an uphill battle. November 30, 2025It has been a good expereince so far! Our work orders have been taken care of pretty fast and the neighbors and staff are friendly! Only downside is the dog park areas. Theres a good amount of poop in them because some residents didn’t pick up after themselvesProperty Manager Responded
