October 24, 2025Been here 3 years maintenance staff is usually very prompt when needed. Office I feel gets overwhelmed with all their task and communication sometimes isn't the greatest but they take care of you.Property Manager Responded

September 21, 2025First and for most this was by far my best move in process. Extremely professional and courteous. Online process was a breeze. September 10, 2025It’s been alright. I’ve been here since end of May/early June and my roommate and I still have not received key fobs to the gym. It’s frustrating because we pay for amenities when we can’t use all of them as often as we were told we would be allowed.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025Solid experience, I’ve had no big issues. One thing to note is the gates are always open, this isn’t a problem for me but i know it is for others. As well the key fobs were difficult to obtain but i did end up getting one after a month of being here. But the community here is good and the front office has always been helpful.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025I love the community and staff, they are very fun to talk to. Maintenance is quick and courteous. The residents are friendly. I can always find a parking spot close to my apartment. The only thing is the lack of a computer in the business center. Other than that my experience has been great!Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025For the most part a pretty chill place to live. Just getting emails or phone calls back from office staff is impossible. Also feel with the amount of pest here in Texas it would be beneficial to have hallways cleaned on a regular basis.Property Manager Responded
