About Haywood Village
Welcome Home to Haywood Village! Located in the heart of one of Asheville’s most desirable communities! You can enjoy local restaurants, art galleries, pop up markets, music venues, and breweries minutes away from your doorstep, and only an 8-10 minute drive to downtown Asheville! Haywood Village features luxury one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Features include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, feng shui floor plans, deep soaking tubs or beautiful tile showers. Flooring will be a mixture of large modern tile & luxury carpet. On the first floor you will find more of an industrial feel with our polished concrete floors throughout! Our floor plans offer a modern bright open design with amazing outdoor views! A one-time, non-refundable fee of $300 for a pet fee. There is an additional fee for a second pet. Each apartment has a maximum of two pets. Animals above 35 pounds will be on the bottom floor. There is an additional 25 pet rent for animals with a 2 pet max. Pit bulls and rottweilers or any variation of the breed are prohibited.

great location, spacious apartments, friendly office staff
October 3, 2019The apartments are really nice (very tall ceilings), the location is amazing, leasing staff are friendly and communicative. We haven't had to put in a work order yet but it's been communicated that maintenance is short staffed which is better than putting in a work order, not hearing from maintenance for months, and THEN finding out they're short staffed. Even though there isn't a pool or gym at this site, you can use the pool, gym, and clubhouse at one of their sister properties that's only ...10-15 min away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
