Worst Tennants and managers!
February 3, 2020Not only do they work their hardest to make your life miserable and mistreat you with faulty repairs and disgusting hallways and trash all over the premises and not enforcing any of their own rules, but also upon leaving they charge you for months rent after your lease is ended and that when your apartment floods they don't care and take hours to get people to come fix it meanwhile your stuff is being ruined due to their faulty equipment. Not the greatest apartments
October 5, 2019I have caught the property manager in many lies before be careful and get everything in writing. The maintenance was nice but they can't keep fixing the same things and it still doesn't work properly. They want to replace them but whoever makes those decisions won't let maintenance replace what is needed. They don't let you use the heat until they have an "inspection". (Never heard of such a thing for apartments). The AC units won't work properly when it gets hotter than 80 degrees. I have ...talked to neighbors and found out I'm not the only person that has lost a vehicle because they tow your car off the property with no warning. I should have seen the signs but I was in desperate need of an apartment. At least there is always electricity on and its included in the rent. August 29, 2018Bed bug Galore!!! Maintenance sucks it takes a month for them to even do a small job if not longer. your vehicles can get vandalized and they don't do nothing about it even if you're paying for a parking spot. full of drugs very ghetto. the management is very rude and disrespectful to clients very unprofessional and will lie straight to your face. June 7, 2018This apartment sucks! Management makes promises then never follows through! They showed us an apartment that was pretty nice and said ours was going to be like this then after signing a lease they put in a run down shitty apartment! We have asked multiple times to have things fixed or replaced & repairs done yet it doesn’t get done after being told it will be done in the next few weeks! It has now been 4 months since asking for repairs to be done and we have asked over & over & get the same ...response the work order is in & it will be done soon yet we see the maintenance people sitting around smoking!
