Maybe I've adjusted to poor customer service and inflation. I suspect that, in the interest of maintaining sanilty, I've come to accept such realities. The owner is Zieben Group, a real estate development and investment company in Houston, TX, that does not answer the phone. I haven't found a way to contact them (phone, email, fax). its residents. The leasing office has gone through 4 managers and 2 maintenance guys since we moved here 3 years ago. The landscaping and pest control services are irregular. The grass and weeds are overgrown and the bushes haven't been pruned this year (rose bushes 4 feet high)! Heartland Village will raise your rent and take your money but it does not provide a well-kept property with courteous, responsive staff.
