September 6, 2025I have been living at Heartwood for a little over a year now and I love this community!! It's small, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly and professional! I love the community events (even though I have missed a few, LOL) and having food trucks come by takes the guess work out of dinner plans some nights. July 14, 2025I've really enjoyed living at Heartwood Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and in a great location, close to Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, Nashville, many restaurants and shops. The amenities are excellent, especially the well-equipped gym and the beautiful pool area. It’s also a very dog-friendly complex with plenty of green space and other pet-loving neighbors. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, ...and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Franklin.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2025I enjoy living in my Heartwood apt. Any time I have and issue they are quick to remedy the problem. I find it to be quiet and peaceful and love the coffee and tea amenities. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the grounds are always well kept.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025I would give Heartwood 5 stars but there is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really love this community and am so glad that I found this place when I did. I have been here for over a year now and it is as quiet and as clean as the 1st day I moved in. Everyone is still friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! Sometimes, the valet trash company misses picking up my trash but it’s not the end of the world.
