June 5, 2025I enjoy living in my Heartwood apt. Any time I have and issue they are quick to remedy the problem. I find it to be quiet and peaceful and love the coffee and tea amenities. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the grounds are always well kept.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025I would give Heartwood 5 stars but there is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really love this community and am so glad that I found this place when I did. I have been here for over a year now and it is as quiet and as clean as the 1st day I moved in. Everyone is still friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! Sometimes, the valet trash company misses picking up my trash but it’s not the end of the world. May 12, 2025Heartwood at Lockwood Glen has been my home for a few years. It is a well managed and well maintained community making it a great place to live. The apartment is very nice. The location is great. Office and maintenance teams take great care of us and are really nice and efficient. I truly enjoy knowing that if something needs repair, all I have to do is call or send through a maintenance request and it is resolved. So glad to have stopped in to check it out back then!
