About Heather Brook Apartments

This community is also located within minutes of some of the finest educational institutions that Arizona has to offer; you will have easy access to Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. APARTMENTS We offer one-and two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedrooms are 704 sq. ft. The kitchens open to the dining and living areas! The two-bedrooms are 994 sq. ft. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and each have their own bathrooms. All 1st floor apartments will have private patios. The 2nd and 3rd floor apartments will have balconies. Select units have washer and dryers. In the 6 years of living here, I have had nothing but excellent service from the management in dealing with rent, renewals of my lease and dealing with the mundane issues of living in an apartment complex. The maintenance staff is of excellent character, always professional and courteous. They manage to handle any of our needed repairs in a timely manner and do a complete and thorough job of the repairs. This is a great Apartment Complex to live in. 10 stars. Havens

I lived there from 2008 to 2010. It was a very quiet and peaceful community. And very convenient for shopping. We have a 2nd floor 2 bedroom split floor plan with a fireplace. If I didn't get married, I would have stayed there as long as it was affordable.

We use to live there from 2014 to. 2018. loved living there felt safe the management is great. The Maintenance team at the time was great. Miss living there but rent just got to high for us.
